Formerly known as the Healthy Beginnings from Mary Lanning Healthcare- which was a home visiting program with a nurse wrap-around component. 38 families transitioned from Healthy Beginnings to the current Healthy Families program. The HFA approach works simply because we know that families are the masters of their fates-we only try to lend a helping hand. We work so hard to be there for families that many times are struggling to overcome incredible obstacles, but we can point out their strengths when they may not see them.
