enCourage Advocacy Center has served Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, and Webster Counties for 50 years. We serve survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking, their families, and those who use violence. We also provide menstrual products free of charge to anyone in need of them in our service area.
