The Schnase 1906 District will provide a space where anyone in the community can come to receive entrepreneurial resources including business coaching, planning, programming and space.

We aspire to be a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and community connection. The Schnase 1906 District is designed to provide space, coaching, programming, and a community to local entrepreneurs, startups, and users of the space. This project is supported by a partnership currently comprised of six local organizations dedicated to creating a space that attracts entrepreneurs, encourages new business formations and job creation, assists with the growth of existing businesses, and develops opportunities to celebrate current and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The Schnase 1906 District will provide:
• Coworking & Incubator Space
• Business Coaching & Planning Services
• Events & Programming

With partners and donors, all coaching and planning services are provided at no charge. The coworking and office space will be available to new and growing businesses within Adams County at an under-market rate. The Schnase 1906 District is located at the Stein Building.
