The Hastings Melon Roasters Car Club takes pride in being a 100+ membership group. Club members are involved within their communities, specifically the City of Hastings. Over the past 15 years, the Melon Roasters have hosted an annual car show at the Historic Brickyard Park in Hastings. A large percentage of the show's proceeds go directly back to the park for improvements and state/national designations due to the historic nature of the park. The club also selects one local non-profit charity to support through car show proceeds.
